What we collect

When you complete the quiz on our site, we collect your first name, email address, and your quiz answers (business type, biggest time drain, and current AI usage level). When you book an assessment via Cal.com, we also collect your responses to the booking intake questions (business description, pain points, current tools).

We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe and governed by their privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• Send you your AI Field Brief — the free resource you requested by completing the quiz
• Confirm and manage your Mission Brief Assessment booking
• Follow up about your assessment and deliver your Mission Brief
• Occasionally send relevant updates about cavAIlry services (you can unsubscribe at any time)

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

Your name and email are shared with our email delivery provider (currently Loops, loops.so) solely to send you the Field Brief and follow-up emails you requested. Cal.com receives your booking information to schedule your assessment. No other sharing occurs.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. To request deletion of your data, email us at dispatch@cavailry.com and we will remove your information within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Cal.com and Stripe may set cookies within their embedded widgets governed by their own policies.
